Terms and Conditions

Signing a formal proposal from Davai Design constitutes an agreement in accordance with the following terms and conditions. Davai Design will provide service according to these terms and conditions and in compliance with laws of the province of Quebec.

Disclosure to Law Enforcement: The AUP specifically prohibits the use of our service for illegal activities. As a result, the client agrees that Davai Design may disclose client information to any law enforcement agent who makes a written request without further consent or notification to the client.

Pricing: Davai Design determines the cost of a project according to the amount of work and conditions, and a detailed estimate is available to the client for review.

Payment: A payment of 40% of the total cost of the project is due at the signing of the formal proposal, and the client must pay the remaining balance in full once the project completed. Refusal of payment causes the cancellation of the contract and the client is reliable for the payment due plus interests and administrative costs.

Refunds: Because of the nature of the services offered, all payments made to Davai Design are non-refundable. If the client is overcharged, it must be reported to Davai Design within 60 days for review.

Support: Client support depends on the service. Although Davai Design attempts to be of assistance to all of our clients post-service, it is solely based on munificence. Unless requested and included in the formal proposal, any assistance after project completion is not guaranteed.

Liability: The client takes full responsibility for the purpose of usage and content of the services provided by Davai Design.

Client: Davai Design must have in its possession the complete and accurate contact information requested at the signing of the formal proposal during the duration of the project, and it is the sole responsibility of the client to provide this information.

All content on the Davai Design website is protected by copyrights or other proprietary rights and laws. All Bell Canada logos are property of Bell Canada and can not be used without a written consent to do so. We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions without notice.
